Do you see this staff/mount?

One day, my lovelies of dA, whom I have been neglecting for WoW, I will have this staff/mount.

I already know that it will take me forever.  I already know that I will probably be grinding the Firelands raid (once I'm geared enough to be useful) for a very long time to get all the stuff required to build this staff and its pre-requisites.

I don't really care.  I have something to strive for in this game, something for myself.  It's not something I'll be devoting my every waking moment to; I don't have the attention span for that.  There's way too much stuff I need to do to prepare to even be able to get into that raid, let alone be useful.  So I'll be doing that in the meantime.

The point is, one day, I will have this staff/mount.  One day.  It may be years and expansions from now...but one day, I will have it.

* I am the person who is afraid of telling his loving Christian parents he loves another male.
* My daughter cannot go on her 3rd mission trip because someone from church saw her holding another girl's hand at the mall.
